Excel Integration

MICROSOFT EXCEL INTEGRATION

Microsoft Excel continues to dominate as the world's market leading tool for spreadsheet and extended desktop analytics. Many users are familiar with this tool and prefer to conduct detailed CRM analysis in an 'offline' mode. For this reason Aplicor supports direct and native integration to Microsoft Excel throughout the application.

Data from Microsoft Excel can be directly imported into the Aplicor system. Using a simple wizard-driven data mapping tool, existing account lists, contact lists, opportunities or even activity logs can be imported directly to Aplicor. Additionally, data can be exported from Aplicor directly to Excel. Aplicor allows you to define custom data views in order to define just the precise information that you want to export. A simple one-click selection process allows user-defined information to be exported directly into Excel (or a comma delimited file if desired). This one-click integration assures you always have readily available access to the information you need with your chosen productivity tool.

Aplicor provides a suite of sophisticated online analytical tools including a series of Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) data warehouses. Aplicor provides two direct methods to integrate data warehouse information with Microsoft Excel. First, OLAP data warehouse reports can be directly exported to an Excel worksheet for simple analysis. Secondly, for more sophisticated Excel users the actual OLAP data warehouse cubes can also be exported from Aplicor to Excel and presented as Pivot Tables. Pivot Tables are popular tools in Excel to support extended local multi-dimensional analysis.

Word Integration

MICROSOFT WORD INTEGRATION

CRM information, including customers, contacts, activities and sale opportunities, is easily integrated and exported to Microsoft Word for single transaction or mass production of documents.

The Aplicor mail merge function integrates with Microsoft Word to automate the creation of form letters, envelopes, labels, faxes or other types of custom documents. CRM information is selectively integrated with Word documents for personalized mass production.

Outlook Integration

OUTLOOK INTEGRATION

Aplicor provides the industrys most comprehensive and flexible synchronization tool to Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange. This enables you to exchange and synchronize e-mails, tasks, activities and calendar appointments on a user-defined basis and with one-click processing.
