ISV PARTNER PROGRAM
Aplicor partners with ISVs whose commercial software products achieve incremental value when integrated with Aplicor CRM or ERP hosted business applications. The ISV partner program is designed for software manufacturers who desire to team with a CRM or ERP software solution publisher for the cooperative promotion, acquisition and support of mutual clients. The program may include allocation of mutual resources to proactively perform joint marketing and business development and pursue mutual sales opportunities. In this program, prospects and clients recognize both organizations as complimentary and independent best-of-breed software providers and also recognize the organizations' mutual focus, strategic partnership and view the software applications as a combined and synergistic solution.
 To achieve lasting success in the ISV Partner program, Aplicor and the ISV partner must share a common customer target market, jointly commit to a combined synergistic business system and recognize successful partnerships are far more than relationships of convenience. For this program to achieve sustained success, Aplicor and its ISV Partners must demonstrate a commitment for the long-term acquisition of the combined market, reach clear consensus on the cooperative roles and responsibilities for each partner, allocate dedicated resources and clearly define the processes to provide effective care for shared clients. The partner relationship must put the client above all else, extend to the executive levels of both organizations and permeate throughout the sales and support areas of both organizations.
